Jessica is a sitting Councillor representing Victoria Ward for North Sydney Council. Jessica was elected in the 2017 North Sydney Council election. Jessica is a businesswoman who has worked in the tourism sector for over 20 years.
Jessica is an active volunteer with many of the local sporting clubs and also for Mary’s House and Taldumande youth refuge.
Jessica graduated with a BA in Tourism Management from The University of Technology, Sydney and also holds a Diploma in Social Studies from Oxford University. Her career includes roles in private and public sector tourism organisations, both within Australia and overseas.
In addition, Jessica was appointed to the Sydney Harbour Federation Trust Board in June 2018 as the Local Government Representative and completed the term to June 2021. In 2018 Jessica joined ATEC’s in the role of National Industry Development & Capability Manager developing and implementing several training programs nationally. Jessica is currently a currently a non-executive Director of Tourism Training Australia, is a member of the SCG Members Advisory Group and is the community representative on the Neutral Bay Public School Council.
Jessica is very passionate about the local community and ensuring that local means local.
